By registering to attend the VCSSFA (“the Association”) meeting, you are granting permission for the Association to photograph your image or likeness during the Association’s meetings and activities. You hereby authorize the Association to use these images for marketing and promotional purposes. You understand and agree that the Association holds all rights to the images captured, and can modify the images in its discretion. You may revoke my consent at any time by sending written notice to the Association. Revocation applies to future uses and does not require the removal of materials already produced or published.
